5. Delivery

• Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered, but ownership remains with us until full payment is received.

6. Returns & Refunds

• You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless the product is sealed for health/hygiene reasons (e-liquids, coils, pods) and has been opened.

• Faulty or misdescribed items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
